There are currently 3 doors that are scraping or gouging the tile floors. When we install carpet on top of the tile, I believe these doors will damage the carpet if we don't do something to modify them. The issue with some of these doors might be the doorstop, which might be removable, but I am not sure if the doorstops are the only problem. I know nothing about this, and maybe someone else already has a plan, but I think it should be checked & addressed.
The doors are
(1) the door from the office into the sanctuary (2) the door from the sanctuary into the hall (3) the door from room 3 (PreK room) into the hall.
The door from the hall into room 1 is also a very tight fit over the current carpet and difficult to open because of that. I don't know if the new carpet will be thinner or thicker, and so how it will affect the door opening.

You are correct Corissa, these doors will have to be cut down to make room for the carpet and door stoppers have to be evaluated.
