In order to finalize budgets the quotes must be submitted by July 25th. Funds can only be released for items that are marked as quoted.
Below is a link to all the quote priority lists. Note that the 1st page has the items that need quotes. The second page is the full task list prepared by the team, for reference.

- Note that the top items (biggest $$) are most critical to get accurate quotes quickly.
- For items > $250 documentation of quotes is strongly preferred
(such as contractor's quote or link to a website, etc) - If the estimates on the list are already quotes (from a website or from research) then send an email to Mike or post to the forum and they will be marked as quotes instead of estimates.
