Pros
Best traffic flow
Late arrivals least distracting

Cons
Impossible or very expensive to put kitchen in the NW corner
If someone has to get into the kitchen during the service it could be distracting
Need to buy curtain or build wall behind stage

Stage on West Wall
Pros
allows good location for kitchen/cafe
can fit the highest number of chairs in an aesthetically pleasing manner

Cons
Bad traffic flow (either have to walk entirely around room, or pass between stage & first seat row)
Late arrivals distracting

Stage in SE Corner
Pros
allows good location for kitchen/cafe
Kitchen/Hospitality far from stage

Cons
less space for kitchen & storage because nursing mother's room has to be in NW corner
most difficult to place screen?
some seats very far from stage (Was this what the issue with the screen was in this configuration, or is actually hanging the screen also difficult?)
