Nathan mentioned needing lightbulb changing sticks and dusters in another thread. Do we have a firm answer from the building management about exactly what, if any, janitorial service they provide?

...including if there are cleaning supplies available for our use

I am pretty sure they will not be providing any cleaning supplies--we should assume that is all on us. On the janitorial service, they will do the basic minimum. I can ask them again to specify exactly what they will do.

Yes, it would be helpful to know exactly what they do as we plan what cleaning supplies/equipment we will need.

Here is the cleaning schedule from Service Master. 1825 College Ave_ServiceMaster Schedule.pdf (160.66 KB) Here is brief info from Service Master: The restrooms are currently cleaned on M-W-F. We do not recycle currently at 1825 College Avenue. Trash is removed according to the task schedule. If the Church needs for us to modify the routine to accommodate their schedule we can do that. Let me know if you have further questions.

I think this list looks great. If I understand it correctly, we really won't have to do any janitorial work ourselves. Is that right? They will dust, clean windows, vacuum, empty trash & put new bags in trash cans, and mop non-carpeted floors.

That's what I see, too, Corissa.
