We will need a chair dolly. Even though most of our chairs will stay in place, we still need one
We will also need scaffolding to be able to maintain and work in our space with 14' ceilings.
It would be helpful to have extended lightbulb changers and dusters
what else?
--Running list of suggested items -- Chair Dolly Scaffolding (for ceiling maintenance) extended Lightbulb Changers extended dusters Table cart Vacuum (x2) Welcome center desk Several mid-size bulletin boards Tables and chairs for "cafe" area Maybe some comfy chairs or benches in various places of the room A few large trash cans A few large recycle bins Cleaning supplies (paper towels, garbage bags, glass cleaner, etc) Brooms, dustpans, mop Folding tables Podium Baby changing stations for bathroom walls High chairs (like the kind in restaurants) Coat racks

Are you looking for things that we don't have that we will need to get? I thought we had a chair dolly? Or is what we have something different, or belong to Kingsland?
I guess along those lines, we will need a table cart too We will need a really good vacuum (which reminds me of another post I want to make...)

The chair dolly is Kingsland's unless we got another.

Is this thread for any particular types of things? Here's a little brainstorm from me.
Welcome center desk Several mid-size bulletin boards Tables and chairs for "cafe" area Maybe some comfy chairs or benches in various places of the room A few large trash cans A few large recycle bins Corissa already said vacuum, but if we have the budget for it, I'd get 2 Cleaning supplies (paper towels, garbage bags, glass cleaner, etc) Brooms, dustpans, mop (unless EVERYTHING is going to be covered in carpet? is it?) Folding tables (per Corissa's recommendations) Podium Baby changing stations for bathroom walls High chairs (like the kind in restaurants) Coat racks

I'm sure we can use the chair dolly when we move; we'll probably need to create one for our ongoing use.

Wet floor signs Mats for high traffic areas if not provided by college Carpet cleaner: a vacuum-style one for smaller rooms and large messes, and a can of cleaner/stain remover and rags for spot cleaning.

A banner frame for outside A small (12-15 spaces) brochure rack
I mentioned this elsewhere, but I would nix the bulletin boards. Just post things with poster putty. Bulletin boards get messy and dirty and people tend to post unauthorized things.
