I would like to have more channel possibilities on our personal monitor mixers. We are capped at 7 instruments/vocals and that gets filled too rapidly. One of our hopes is to bring in more musicians in our new space, like more background vocals, etc. This is simply not possible with our current monitor mixers. We either need to upgrade with a newer monitor mixers system, or add some monitors from the board and run them in the traditional sense.
There are a number of newer 16-40 channel personal monitor mixer systems now available. There are also newer Main digital mixer systems that incorporate personal monitoring abilities. A digital system would have a number of other benefits like ease of recording, saving eq and setups to be able to remember for different bands, etc. There is always the argument against digital for analog sound.
What other wishlist items do you guys have?

Here's a wishlist item: I'd like to have a separate computer dedicated exclusively to recording audio. The purpose of having a dedicated system would be to expand eventually into streaming the service audio live, and potentially eventually video streaming, without worrying about overloading the projection computer and/or running into software and audio conflicts.
